We were established in 2010 by Diane Troxell of Oxford, NY. We are a 501c3 organization dedicated to helping animals by providing spaying and neutering assistance to pet owners in Chenango and surrounding counties. We also help with emergency veterinarian services for dogs and cats.
And we have a PET FOOD BANK for needy pets.
We work with Compassionate Care Veterinary in Norwich and have had up to 6 spay/neuter clinics per year. They can spay/neuter 5 dogs per day. And when cats are involved they can spay 10 female cats and up to 30 males per day.
Thanks to the FRANCES J. & ELIZABETH BRISSON MACKSEY CHARITABLE TRUST FUND and the DOROTHY M. & FRED HAMILTON FOUNDATION we have been able to SPAY/NEUTER HUNDREDS OF DOGS AND CATS.
The Krista L. Bartle "4 Paws Friends Fund" was established in 2012 by her family in her loving memory. Krista, a true animal lover, died unexpectedly in October of 2011.
WE ARE A GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS AT ALL ANIMALS MATTER and WE SOMETIMES WORK WITH OTHER LOCAL AGENCIES TO HELP END THE PET POPULATION BY SPAYING AND NEUTERING DOGS AND CATS.
WE ARE NOT A RESCUE! WE DO SEEK VOLUNTEERS. PLEASE CONTACT DIANE TROXELL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING AT ONE OF OUR EVENTS.
